
Here is a pretty simple smoothie.
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of strawberries
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
This isn't my favorite smoothie, I'll be honest. I really expected this to taste more... I dunno, tasty? It didn't seem to have a ton of flavor to it. Maybe it was because I forgot to thaw out my berries first. It would probably have tasted way better with fresh berries.
