
I have to be honest, I didn't particulary like this smoothie. It is a recipe from The Gracious Pantry and I thought 'hmm, I like coconut... raspberry is okay, so I should like this'. But, unfortunately I really didn't. I didn't think the two flavors really went together. But, everyone has different tastes so maybe you will like it. Here's how I made mine:
1/2 can light coconut milk
1/4 cup of frozen raspberries
just a dash of cinnamon (1/8 tsp, since I measured)
1 tbsp honey
Then I blended in the Magic Bullet mixer.
