No real suprise that the best relish is organic. If you are on a tight budget, like most of us are, good news - Hellmann's Relish looks pretty good for you, except for the high sodium. It has no real bad ingredients. I always like a little relish in my tuna. I don't really eat it on hot dogs. What do you eat relish with?
