Buy This & Not That: Pepperidge Farm & Arnold Breads

I chose to do Pepperidge Farm & Arnold bread today. I love Pepperidge Farm Swirl bread. Have you ever had the stuff? It's pretty good! But, pretty bad for you, too. I was surprised to see that Arnold Soft Classic White bread was actually a good bread, since we all know that most of the good breads consist of whole wheat. Apparently, you can find a good white bread. Who knew? It doesn't contain any controversial ingredients, so if you can't stand whole wheat bread then it is a great option. Have a look at the list:
